VIVA! Very Important Volunteers Appreciation

Each year SCCS recognizes the talents and time of our mainstay--the members and friends who volunteer for a variety of SCCS productions and projects. From that group, the members nominate and the Board selects one person as Volunteer of the Year. This selection is not based merely on the total number of hours, but more on the gifts brought to SCCS and to the community as well. This award is kept secret until its presentation at the VIVA! event each January.

The 2006 Volunteer of the Year was Henry Crais, and his award was announced at the 2007 VIVA! held at the home of Pixie and Lew Dozier.
